  • The Nimapara College Athletic Club shall consist of all the members of the staff and students as its members with the Principal as Ex-Officio president.The Executive Committee of the Athletic Club shall consist of :-
  1. The Principal–President (Ex-Officio)
  2. Vice- president – a member of the staff nomi-nated by the president.
  3. Members of the teaching staff nominated by the Principal for all organised games.
  4. The Physical Training Instructor.
  5. Secretary- Only +3 IInd yr. and +3 IIIrd yr. students can contest for the post of Secretary.
  6. Asst-Secretary- Only +3 Ist yr. students can contest for the post of Asst. Secretary.
  7. One representative from each of the classes.
  8. Two women students to be nominated by the principal.
  • Work of the Vice-President :
  1. He will be in charge of the accounts and all correspondence in connection there with including the ordering of goods.
  2. He will be the general superintendent of games.
  • Work of the Secretary :
  1. He will be the convenor of all General and Sub-Comittee meetings in consultation with the Vice president of the Club.
  2. He will prepare the annual report.
  3. He will organise the College games with the assistance of the Captains and Vice-Captains in consultation with the P. E. T.
  4. He will conduct all work assigned to him by the Vice-President.
  • Work of the Captains :
  1. They will select players for friendly and competitive matches.
  2. They will be in charge of grounds set apart for games in their charges.
  3. Alongwith the Secretary they will be responsible for the organisation of the College games.
  4. Neither the secretary nor the Captain should arrange any match unless they have first obtained the approval of the Vice-president.
  • The work of the P.E.T. :
  1. To copy all the invoices in the stock book.
  2. To keep an account of the sports goods.
  3. To look after the play ground.
  4. To look after the programme of physical education.
  5. To do such other work in connection with sports and games as the Vice-president assigns to him.
  • Selection Committee :
    A selection Committee for each game will be formed with the following members.
